Day Old Bread & Doggie Bags

When I first started this blog I was concerned I wouldn’t be able to live one Dale Carnegie principle a day.  Now I’m having difficulty choosing just one story to share each day.  This section will have additional examples that I just couldn’t bear to “throw away” like day old bread.

Consider all the great foods you can use with day old bread—like my personal favorite—bruschetta—with olive oil, fresh basil, tomatoes, garlic and parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.  Or chop up the bread to make breadcrumbs to sprinkle on top of a casserole or for breaded chicken.  It’s all about perspective and what you do with what you have been dealt with.

So, I’m packing little doggie bags with my day old bread creations and serving it to you with a smile.  Enjoy!
